Ingredients

• Bottom Layer:
• 1 package Duncan Hines yellow cake mix, dry
• 1 stick oleo, softened
• 2 eggs
• 1 c. coconut
• 1 c. pecans
• Mix and spread in bottom of 9” X 13” pan.
• Top Layer:
• 1 pound powdered sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• Mix with electric mixer and pour over bottom

Directions

1. Bake at 30 minutes at 350 degrees
