Salsa Mac ‘N Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 LB beef
  • 1 jar (16 oz) Taco Bell Home Originals Thick ‘n Chunky Salsa
  • Water
  • 1 pkg. (7 oz) elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 3/4 LB (12 oz) velveeta cheese

Directions

  1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

  2. Stir in salsa and 1 ¾ cups water. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is tender

  3. Add Velveeta; stir until melted
