Tuna & Noodles

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • Water
  • 3 cups medium egg noodles, uncooked
  • 3/4 lb. (12 oz) Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cut up
  • 1 pkg. (16 oz) frozen vegetable blend, thawed
  • 1 can (6 oz) tuna, drained, flaked
  • Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Bring 2 ΒΌ cups water to boil in saucepan; stir in noodles. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 minutes or until noodles are tender.

  2. Add velveeta, vegetables and tuna; stir until Velveeta is melted. Season to taste with pepper.
