Chicken and Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 2 c cooked diced chicken
  • 1 1/2 tbsp grated onion
  • 2/3 c chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup cooked diced carrots
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/16 pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/ 1/2 c. milk

Directions

  1. Cook and drain macaroni. Combine all the ingredients except the eggs and milk, in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. combine eggs and milk and pour into casserole. Set in pan of hot water and bake in moderate oven 350 degrees about 1 hour, or until firm.
