Ingredients
- 2 T olive oil
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 large sliced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
- 1/2 c fat bree chicken broth
- salt
- pepper
Directions

Heat oil in skillet, saute chicken breasts 4 min.

Turn over and add onion.

cover and cook 3 more minutes.

add garlic, rosemary, and broth.

Cover and cook til onion is tender (caramelized).

Serve with salt and pepper.
