Overnight BLT Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 c. (8 oz. bottle) light ranch salad dressing
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 t. freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 c. torn Romaine lettuce
  • 2 c. cubed cooked potatoes
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1/3 c. chopped green onions
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked & coarsely crumbled

Directions

  1. COMBINE salad dressing, Parmesan cheese and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.

  2. LAYER lettuce, potatoes, tomato and peas in a medium size serving bowl.

  3. Spread with salad dressing mixture; sprinkle with green onions.

  4. COVER with Reynolds Plastic Wrap; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

  5. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon before serving.
