Linguini and Peppers with feta

I have made this with whole wheat linguini as well…works great!

Cook time: 25 minutes
Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 28oz can diced tomatoes
- 4 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
- 3 peppers (red, green, and yellow)
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 lb linguini
- 6 oz feta cheese
Directions

Brown the garlic and rosemary in the olive oil for 2 mins.

Add tomatoes and cook for 10 mins stirring occasionally.

Add oregano, peppers and salt and cook for 12-15 mins stirring occasionally (until peppers are consistency you like).

Spoon over cooked linguini and top with feta cheese.
