Butterscotch Pecan Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 package (1/8-1/4 ounces) butter recipe cake mix
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl bowl, combine the first five ingredients; mix well.

  2. Stir in pecans (the dough will be crumbly). Roll tablespoons into

  3. balls; place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Bake at 350

  4. degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes;

  5. remove from pans to wire racks.

  6. Yield: 4 dozen
