Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 1/2 cups Cool Whip
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups chopped, peeled apples
- 1/4 cup light Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- TOPPING:
- 1/4 cup Karo syrup
- 1 1/3 cups chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. softened butter
Directions

Grease square pan. Beat eggs well. Fold in Cool Whip, graham crumbs, and apples. Add ¼ cup Karo syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well. Spread in pan.

Mix ¼ cup Karo syrup, nuts and butter. Spoon

evenly over batter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
