Ingredients

• 5 Chicken Breasts
• 4-5 potatoes
• 1 onion
• 1 can of Tomato Sauce
• 3-4 cloves of garlic
• 1 lg can of chicken broth
• 2 pkts of sazon goya con azafran
• 3-4 bay leaves
• 1/4 cup of dry white cooking wine
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Put all ingredients in a large pot, plus a bit of water to cover and bring to a boil approx. 30-45 min.

2. Serve on top of rice.
