Fried Dill Pickles

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 15 dill pickle spears
  • 1/4 c. all purpose flour
  • oil for deep frying
  • garnish: ranch or thousand island dressing

Directions

  1. Beat together eggs & milk in a small bowl; mix crumbs and flour in

  2. another small bowl. Dip pickles into egg mixture; roll in crumb

  3. mixture. Heat several inches of oil to 375 degrees in a deep fryer;

  4. fry pickles 3 to 5 at a time until golden. Drain on paper towels.

  5. Serve with dressing for dipping.
