Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground beef (sirloin)
- 1 pkg of lipton mushroom and onion soup (?)
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal (approx.)
- 1 large can of beef broth
- 1 egg
- 2-3 cloves of garlic crushed
- 1/2 onion sliced
- olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/8 cup of corn starch (approx.) mixed w/ same amount of cold water
Directions

Mix together 1 pkg of lipton mushroom and onion soup, 1/2 cup of oatmeal (approx.)

1 egg, 1/2 tsp. cumin and beef.

Make into patties and push in middle so that they will cook evenly.

In a large skillet, add enough olive oil to thinly coat the bottom.

Saute onions and garlic.

Add patties and cook approx. 10 min. on each side.

Add beef broth to pan and bring to a boil. Cook until meat is done.

Remove patties and slowly add cornstarch mix while broth is still boiling.

Stir constantly till all mix is added.

Add patties back to the gravy.

salt and pepper to taste

Turn off burner and let thicken a few minutes before serving.
