Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 20 oz can apple pie filling
- 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 6 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- (optional) chopped nuts to taste
- Topping
- 1/3 cup milk
- confectioners' sugar
Directions

Beat eggs. Add 1 package of yellow cake mix. Mix well. Add one can of apple pie filling. Spread mixture on a large cookie sheet.

Top batter with brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and chopped nuts.

Bake at 325 for 30 min or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Make glaze for topping by combining 1/3 cup milk with enough powder sugar until mixture is a medium weight liquid.

Drizzle cake with powdered sugar glaze while cake is warm. This glaze will thicken as it hardens.
