Ingredients

• 4 large eggs
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• dash salt
• 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
• 8 slices of bread
• 3/4 cup Hungry Jack® Microwave Ready Regular Syrup
• 1/2 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
• 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Directions

1. BEAT eggs, milk, vanilla and salt, in a shallow bowl until well blended.

2. MELT butter or margarine on a griddle or in a large skillet.

3. Dip bread into egg mixture coating both sides.

4. Fry bread until golden brown on each side.

5. HEAT maple syrup and peanut butter in a small sauepan stiiring until blended.

6. Serve french toast garnished with chopped peanuts and warmed peanut butter syrup.
