potato soup

Ingredients

  • 6-8 potatoes cubed small
  • 1 can of pillsbury biscuits
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lg can of chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut and crush garlic and rub inside a med to large pan.

  2. Boil potatoes in Chicken broth until done. Remove 1/2 of potatoes and mash in a bowl.

  3. Return them to the pan.

  4. Bring back to a boil and add chunks of the biscuits.

  5. Cook for approx. 20 more minutes.
