Ingredients
- 6-8 potatoes cubed small
- 1 can of pillsbury biscuits
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 lg can of chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Cut and crush garlic and rub inside a med to large pan.

Boil potatoes in Chicken broth until done. Remove 1/2 of potatoes and mash in a bowl.

Return them to the pan.

Bring back to a boil and add chunks of the biscuits.

Cook for approx. 20 more minutes.
