Ingredients
- 1 lbs. ground sirloin
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1/2 dozen tortillas, quartered
- 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sm can of beef broth
- 2-4 tbsp of cornstarch mixed with equal amount of cold water.
Directions

Crush and rub garlic in a med. sauce pan. mix broth, half of cheese, and green chilies and melt together. Once mix is at a rolling boil, slowly stir in cornstarch mix to make the mixture smooth.

In skillet brown beef and onion.

Add enchilada sauce and simmer. Line large casserole dish with tortilla

pieces. Layer with beef mix and then cheese mixture. Continue layering. End

with cheese.

Bake 1 hour, uncovered, at 300°.

Serve with lettuce, tomato,sourcream and salsa
