Ingredients
- 1 lb 90%-lean ground beef
- 1/2 c water
- 1 pkg chili seasoning
- 1 16-oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 8-oz can tomato juice
Directions

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef for 3 to 4 minutes, or until no longer pink. Drain the fat.

Raise the heat to high and stir in the water, chili seasoning, tomatoes (with juice), beans (with liquid), and tomato juice. Heat to boiling.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
