Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) can buttermilk biscuits
- 1 1/2 cup turkey (or grated, fully cooked ham)
- turkey (hamburger or sausage)
- cheese slices
- chopped onion
- grated garlic for taste

Remove biscuits from can and allow to come to room temp 5-8 minutes. On a 12 × 12″ piece of waxed paper, press a biscuit into a 5 to 6" circle.

Top with a slice of cheese and about 2½ tablespoons of turkey (or cooked meat). Add chopped onion &/or garlic. Fold over in half & seal the edges with tines of a fork. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet; repeat with remaining biscuits.

Bake in preheated oven at 375° for 15-18 mins or until brown. Cool 5 min before removing from cookie sheet.
