Ingredients

  • 2 lb 90%-lean ground beef
  • 4 multigrain rolls
  • 4 t mustard
  • 8 slices dill pickle
  • 1 large tomato

Directions

  1. Coat a grill rack or broiler pan with nonstick spray. Preheat the grill or pan. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until a thermometer inserted in the center registers 160 degrees and the meat is no longer pink.

  2. Spread each roll with 1 t of the ketchup and 1 t of the mustard. Place 1 patty on each roll and garnish each with 2 slices of pickle and 1 slice tomato.
