- medium clove Chopped Garlic
- fresh lemon juice
- salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional:
- kalamata olives
- feta cheese

- I added half a large Vidalia onion, chopped for a little “sweetness”. Make sure that you cut off the woody parts of the scapes.
You might need to buy:
- vegetable stock
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- sour cream
- butter
Serve with sausage or vegetarian sausage as a tasty addition.
