If you are not able to eat all of this in a couple of days, cut in serving size pieces, place in plastic bag and freeze. Either thaw or microwave when ready to use.

You might need to buy:
  • melted butter
  • brown sugar
  • regular oatmeal...don't use instant
  • baking powder
  • salt
  • Mix together.
  • Make a well in center and add:
  • milk
  • ground cinnamon
  • coconut
  • Blend well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan
  • bake at 350 degrees for about half and hour.
