Chicken Schezwan is a a very easy to prepare dish where the marinated chicken is fried and then tossed in schezwan sauce. It can be served hot with noodles or fried rice.
You might need to buy:

- 3. Green chilli sauce – 1 tsp
- 4. Soya sauce – 1 tsp
- 5. Vinegar – 1 tsp
- 6. Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- 7. Maida – 2 tbsp
- 8. Salt – to taste
- 9. Oil – for frying
Let the dal,rice and potatoes cook properly and when it reaches the required consistency remove from fire.The khichdi is ready and serve it hot with beguni or alu bhaja. You can enhance the taste by adding a little bit of ghee on top of the khichdi while serving.

- 4. Cumin seeds – a handful
- 6. Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- 7. Green peas – 1 1/2 cups

If you are using Paneer then cut in cubes and lightly fry them with salt. Follow the same procedure but with paneer you can also use thinly sliced carrots and beans.
