The recipe said to cook pork chops in the oven for 5 minutes, until they reached 145 degrees. It took a good 15 minutes. Think it might have been because I used bone-in chops. Husband loved the sauce, he kept dipping his meat into the sauce on the serving platter!

THIS WAS RESTAURANT WORTHY! I found this recipe on the internet…I had some nice grouper. They did not give amounts unless I joined their site so I “winged” the sauce. My husband was IMPRESSED! So was I!
I think this would work good for Snapper, red or black Drum, Catfish, many other fish.
