This recipe is from my mother in law in NJ. She says it’s from the newspaper and that the local firemen have made this at the station for years. It’s yummy, but there’s a lot of it so it’s not a recipe for a weeknight family dinner (unless you have a huge family) :0)

- eggs
- white bread chopped into crumbs
- milk

Homemade Italian tomato sauce. Quick, delicious meal served over pasta.

My mother in law makes this and it’s super yummy. You could also use the homemade sauce recipe I have from her as well.

This was really good! I made this with a friend the same time we made “Apple Pie by Grandma Ople” and I thought it was just as good- just different. The crumbs are awesome in this pie and make it a bit lighter because you don’t need another crust on top, but it still has the same sweetness because the flavor drips down as it bakes.
- Tart Apples
- Sugar
- Butter
- Flour
- Cinnamon
I was afraid that simmering them too long would make the chicken fall apart, so I let them simmer for 4 hours, and then I took them out, drained them a bit and finished them in the oven. The oven also dried them out a bit too so they weren’t so wet for picking up and eating.

- extra virgin olive oil
- black pepper
