This is a good way to use your left over mash potatoes. The kids actually ate this too… although it’s not the healthiest so it wouldn’t be a regular in my home.. it’s a nice, lazy treat.

You’ll think these must be horrible for you, but if you use low fat dressing, low fat crescent rolls, and low fat cheese they’re really not that bad at all, but taste awesome! This is fun for a Friday night with the kids and it’s one of like six dishes that my kids will actually eat!
