I made this recipe although I didn’t have the cheese. I used some shredded cheese and added my own spices. Although it was still really good and worth making, I think the cheese it calls for probably makes the dish more creamy and flavorful. Really easy and quick! I love that it uses turkey too.

This was awesome when I made it! You can change it up by adding different flavored barbecue sauces. I served this over baked potatoes, but you could also serve in buns.
