- Spike seasoning

- Sliced almonds
- Chopped pecans
- Sunflower seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Golden and black flaxseed EACH
- *if I don't have these I usually sprinkle some cinnamon into the bowl
- salt
- Pure maple syrup
- Oat flour
