Lean Turkey Sausage

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground sage
  • 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper

Directions

  1. Mix together well and refrigerate overnight to let the flavors settle in before cooking.
