Cheesy Chicken & Veggie Rice Bake

Ingredients
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1-1/3 cups water
- 3/4 cup uncooked whole-grain rice
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1-1/2 lb chicken breast halves
- 2 cups frozen or fresh veggies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

Mix soup, water, rice, onion, pepper & veggies in a shallow baking dish.

Top with chicken & spoon some of the mixture on top.

Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 mins or until chicken is done.

Uncover. Sprinkle with cheese, then cook additional few mins until melted.
