Company Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- cup onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups corn flakes, crushed
- 2 Tbs butter, melted
Directions

Combine potatoes, butter, onion, soup, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Pour into greased casserole dish.

Top with corn flakes and 2 Tbsp butter.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
