Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 large peeled, pitted and chopped mango
  • 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients.

  2. Nutrition information per entree serving: 560 calories, 30 grams protein, 64 g carbohydrates, 19 grams total fat (10 grams saturated), 78 milligrams cholesterol, 1,380 mg sodium, 6 g fiber.
