Swiss Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 6 slices (4x4 inch) Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup or celery soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups herb stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted

Directions

  1. Spray crock-pot with cooking spray. Arrange chicken breasts in crock-pot.

  2. Top with cheese, layering cheese if necessary.

  3. Combine soup and milk; stir well.

  4. Spoon over cheese

  5. sprinkle with stuffing mix.

  6. Drizzle melted margarine over stuffing mix. Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-6 hours.
