GREEN GODDESS DIP

I used Dried Tarragon that I got from the Spice dealer at Terminal Market, Philadelphia which worked just fine.
To Make Ahead: The dip can be rerfrigerated, wrapped tightly in plastic wrap, for up to 24 hours. Season with additional fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup minced freshchives
  • 2 Tbs minced fresh tarragon
  • 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Process all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth, about 20 seconds. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until the flavors have blended, at least 1 hour. Serve chilled with crackers or crudites.
