Ingredients
- 3 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and grated
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 8 radishes, trimmed and grated
- 6 scallions, chopped
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
- Salt and pepper
Directions

Place the cucumbers, celery, radishes, and scallions in a medium bowl. Cover with the ice cubes and refrigerate until the vegetables are crisp, 1 to 2 hours.

Remove any unmelted ice cubes. Stir in the half-and-half, vinegar, water, and eggs, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
