Easy Basil Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 cups dry rotini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • fresh black pepper to taste
  • 2-3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup feta, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed.

  2. Drain and toss with olive oil, garlic, and pepper.

  3. Stir in tomatoes, feta, and basil.
