Provolone Chicken

Quantities should be determined based on the amount necessary to reasonably cover the number of chicken breasts made.

Ingredients
- Chicken breasts, baked or grilled
- Onions (vidalia) and mushrooms, sauteed
- Cream of chicken soup, 98% fat free
- Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Reduced fat provolone cheese slices (Sargento)
Directions

Grill or bake chicken breasts with a dash each of salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Leave cooked chicken in glass baking dish.

Sautee mushrooms and onions, preferably in a butter substitute, until sufficiently cooked down.

Pour cream of chicken soup over chicken – need not cover all breasts, but should fill in all spaces between them and cover a portion of each.

Lawyer mushrooms and onions evenly over the top

Place a proportional slice of provolone over each chicken breast.

Heat in oven for approximately 5-10 minutes (depending on your oven).

Remove and serve.
