Shells and Broccoli

Ingredients
- Shell noodles (or some other shape)
- lemon
- broccoli
- red pepper
- olive oil
- garlic
- golden raisins (optional)
- red pepper flakes
- pine nuts (optional)

Cook Noodles

Steam broccoli

Saute olive oil, garlic, red pepper, flakes and raisins together. Add salt or pepper to taste.

Toast pine nuts in oven on low heat; around 250 degrees for 5-10 minutes. I’m not sure; you have to keep checking so you don’t burn them.

Put noodles in a nice big presentation bowl.

When broccoli is done, put it in the middle of the bowl and put freshly squeezed lemon juice on it.

Take the olive oil garlic raisin mixture and pour that in the middle of the broccoli – you get a nice presentation that way!

Sprinkle pine nuts on top!

Eat!
