Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup mixture of rye and whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp each cinnamon and nutmeg
- dash of ground cloves
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk
Directions

Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine. Thin batter as needed with more milk or water. Makes 8-10 pancakes.
