Pineapple-Cucumer Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped mint
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (optional)
- 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and sliced
