Ingredients
- 12-16 oz Cod
- 2 medium potatoes grated
- 1/2 bell pepper diced
- handful cilantro diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 shallot grated
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- 2 TBL grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- dash of nutmeg
- oil for cooking
Directions

Add 2 TBL oil to skillet and cook cod and grated potatoes for about 8 minutes (4 minutes on each side).

Transfer cod and potatoes to a mixing bowl and add rest of ingredients. Mix to combine. Make small patties and fry about 5 minutes on each side.
