Shrimp Scampi The Old Bay Way

The beauty of this scampi is that it’s easy to prepare and the flavor is just right if you follow the recipe to a T. No alterations needed. Perfect scampi in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 lb Large Shrimp, peeled and devained
- 1 1/2 TBSP Lemon Juice
- pasta or rice
- 1 TSP Parsley Flakes
Directions

Heat oil in large skillet on medium. Add garlic. Cook and Stir 30 sec or until fragrant.

Add shrimp and Old Bay. Cook while stirring 3 to 4 min or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.

Serve over cooked pasta or rice.
