Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
- 1-11⁄2 Cups sugar
- 1 TB. REGULAR MUSTARD POWDER
- 1 tsp. SHALLOT SALT
- 2⁄3 Cup white vinegar
- 3 TB. MINCED WHITE ONIONS
- 2 Cups vegetable oil
- 4 TB. WHOLE BLUE POPPY SEEDS

In a blender, combine the sugar, MUSTARD

POWDER, SHALLOT SALT, vinegar and

ONIONS and process until smooth.

Add the oil and POPPY SEEDS and blend again.

Store in the fridge in a large glass jar. This dressing keeps well and is delicious on either fruit or vegetable salads—use 2-3 TB. per serving.
