Ingredients
- 1/2 Tbs olive oil
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 small shallots, chopped
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 pound (21-25) shrimp
- baby spinach
Directions

Saute the shallots and garlic over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add the white wine and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.

Serve over a bed of spinach.
