Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds or walnuts or other nuts
- 1/2 unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup wheat bran
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
Directions

In a saucepan combine brown sugar and honey or syrup. Bring to a boil.

Toss with oat mixture.

Place granola on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 35 – 40 minutes, until lightly toasted.

Turn and bake for another 10 – 15 minutes.

Break up and cool.

Stir in 1 cup dried fruit.
