Cilantro Grilled Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, with stems
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce or soysauce
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tabsp hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 tsp hot chili paste
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Puree garlic, onion and cilantro.

  2. Add fish sauce, lime juice, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce and chili paste. Process to paste.

  3. Pound chicken thinner if desired or cut into strips.

  4. Place in shallow dish and pour marinade over.

  5. Refridgerate for at least 30 minutes or up to few hours.

  6. Grill or broil or saute for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
