Ingredients
- * 1 Tbs. olive oil
- * 1 cup chopped onion
- * 1 cup chopped carrot
- * 3 cups chopped cabbage
- * 8 oz. cooked pasta
- * 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- * 1 tsp. caraway seeds
- * 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- * 1 cup grated lowfat mozzarella
- * 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- * 3 sliced scallions
- * 1 Tbs. tamari or soy sauce
Directions

1. Saute the onion, carrot, cabbage, mushrooms, and caraway seeds in the olive oil until soft.

2. In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, grated mozzarella, grated parmesan, scallions, and tamari.

3. Add the sauteed vegetables to the mixture in the bowl and stir to combine.

4. Add the cooked pasta and toss gently.
