Creamy Cherry Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound cherries (about 2 cups), pitted
  • 7 ounces silken tofu, drained
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pineapple

Directions

  1. Purée all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and frothy. Transfer to a bowl, cover and chill until cold, about 2 hours. Stir well before serving.
