Microwave squash

Ingredients

  • acorn squash
  • butter (optional)

Directions

  1. Cut squash in half and scrape out seeds.

  2. Place both halves, cut side up on a plate and cover with wax paper or plastic microwave cover.

  3. Microwave for 7-9 minutes.

  4. Scrape out flesh with a fork and mix with a bit of butter.
