Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup blood red orange juice freshly squeezed (organic)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 Tbsp golden raisins
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped dried apricots (organic un-sulphured)
- 1 green onion finely chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp oleolux
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions

Rinse quinoa in fine mesh strainer under cold running water.

In medium saucepan add quinoa, orange juice and water. Heat on simmer

until it bubbles, then cover and leave on simmer, cover and wait until all

liquid is absorbed. Put quinoa in a bowl and add raisins, chopped apricots

onion, cilantro and nuts. Stir in lemon, salt and oleolux.
