- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tsp minced shallot
- 1 Tbs of red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. of Worcestershire
- 2/3 cup of plain no fat Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbs of crumbled blue cheese
- 1 Tbs of skim milk
- Salt and pepper
